What MtotoCare does
One QR passport
A child registered at any facility can be scanned and recognized at any other, nationwide.
Vaccination & growth
Doses, dates, and growth measurements travel with the child instead of a paper card.
Offline-first
Health workers keep recording with no signal; records sync safely once connectivity returns.
Ministry visibility
A live, nationwide coverage dashboard for the Ministry of Health, no facility login required.
Fedha Technologies Limited
Fedha Technologies Limited, based in Dar es Salaam, built and operates MtotoCare's full clinical platform — registration, vaccination and growth tracking, offline-safe sync, and dedicated tools for nutrition, pharmacy, and Ministry of Health reporting. The system is live across 23 partner facilities, including Muhimbili National Hospital, Temeke Regional Referral Hospital, and Dodoma Regional Referral Hospital. The company has appointed a Data Protection Officer and registered with Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Commission as part of its compliance program.
